Exclusive Offers

From time to time, we send exclusive offers to our subscribers. These are valid for the email recipient only, and for strictly limited times. Sale items are not available for return or exchange unless faulty. Customer must contact hello@lumenandluxe.com.au before purchase with any problems pre-purchase as offers cannot be applied after ordering. One offer per customer, no rainchecks and no retrospective offers can be given or applied. We reserve the right to cancel orders if multiple offers are utilised by the same customer.

Sale Items

Sale items are available for a limited time only and while stocks last. Prices are as marked. All sales are final, no rainchecks, cancellations, exchanges or refunds on sale orders unless faulty. Sale items are not available with any other offer. See purchase terms for further information.

Promotional Period Shipping

Regular same-day despatch may not be available due to high volume of order numbers during promotional periods. Please be aware that dispatch can take up to 10 business days during these times.

Gift With Purchase

From time to time we have gift with purchase offers. Gift will be automatically added to your cart if you have the minimum total specified of product value in cart, after discount codes. Amounts are in AUD unless otherwise stated. The gift will automatically be removed from your order if these criteria are not met, which includes if a discount code is applied as your order will be under the minimum product spend required for the offer. All criteria must be met for any other offers as well as the gift with purchase separately. Orders in carts may show gifts if the system has not yet registered the change in total. Strictly one gift type per person per promotional period, we reserve the right to remove the gift from multiple orders. The gift cannot be exchanged, any returns made must include the free gift otherwise gift RRP will be deducted from exchange or refund value.

Subscriber Welcome Offer

Welcome voucher of $20 AUD valid for new, first-time subscribers for orders with minimum purchase of $150 AUD full priced items, excluding shipping. Valid for 7 days after signup. Code must be applied at checkout and cannot be transferred, applied retrospectively to purchases or extended for out-of-stock items. Code is still valid for use until expiry date on next eligible purchase. Customer must contact hello@lumenandluxe.com.au before purchase with any problems submitting or receiving the code pre-purchase as discounts cannot be applied post purchase. Welcome voucher is not valid for purchase of gift cards, sale items or with any other offers, sales or promotions. One offer per transaction, one welcome offer per person. We reserve the right to withhold and void orders if duplicate profiles have been created by one customer to claim multiple welcome offers.

Social Media Competitions

Social media promotions are in no way sponsored by, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, entrants are confirming that they are 18 years or older, and release Instagram and Facebook of all responsibility and adhering to Instagram and Facebook's terms of use. Lumen and Luxe reserves the right to remove any points or vouchers if customers have applied for multiple accounts with same name/delivery address to attempt to gain access to multiple discounts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
