Free Standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $11 AUD in Australia. 

Express shipping - please contact us at hello@lumenandluxe.com.au if you'd like us to organise express shipping for your order.

We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (excludes weekends + public holidays). These times are subject to change depending on promotional periods, preorders or high-volume orders.

Most domestic orders are received within 2-5 days, however please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

All Australian orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.

Dispatch during promotional periods, including Mother's Day, EOFY, and Black Friday. Due to the predicted volume of orders during such periods, we have additional warehouse staff working overtime, including weekends, to dispatch your orders. Our dispatch team are working as efficiently as possible and plan ahead of time for these influxes, however dispatch times can extend up to approximately 5-7 business days during these periods. We understand waiting for online orders isn't fun, and we do appreciate your kindness and patience during these busy periods.
